J’ai débuté une série d’illustrations nommée Famous Quotes dont le point de départ de chacune d’elles est une citation populaire d’une personnalité connue. Celle-ci prend son origine d’une citation de Bob Marley.
I started to illustrate a series called Famous Quotes which is based on popular quotes by famous people. This one is based on a Bob Marley quote.
Je suis content d’avoir finalement pris le temps de monter un blogue. Il arrive en même temps que ma nouvelle version de portfolio et partage son look. Un site volontairement minimaliste pour laisser place au contenu. L’important était de le rendre facile à mettre à jour.
Au niveau personnel, je crois que je vais apprécier l’utilité de ce blogue puisqu’il me donnera la possibilité de voir l’ÉVOLUTION de mon bagage créatif. C’est aussi une bonne façon d’archiver ce que j’ai pu trouver inspirant ou des événements qui ont eu un impact pour moi à un certain moment – puis de les partager avec tout le monde… parce que ça sert à ça un blogue!
Je vais faire des efforts pour garder le site et le blogue bilingues. Mais d’un autre côté, comme je suis une personne qui apprécie les images et un peu moins le texte, ce blogue sera nettement plus visuel que textuel. Donc, pour casser la glace, voici donc une photo de mon espace de travail!
I’m happy that I finally took the time to set myself a blog. Its online presence coincides with the new version of my portfolio and shares the same look. The Website was voluntarily built in a minimalistic way to let more visibility to the content. The important thing was to make it easily updatable.
On a personal level, I think I’ll appreciate the usefulness of this blog because it will show me important steps from my creative EVOLUTION. It’s also a great way to archive what I found inspiring or events that had an impact on me at a certain time – then to share it to the whole world… because that’s the purpose of a blog!
I’ll work hard to keep this blog bilingual. But on the other side, since I’m the kind of person who appreciates images much more than text, this blog will be more visual than textual. So for now, to break the ice, here’s a picture of my working environment!
